Responsibilities

• Not only is able to manage the day to day responsibilities of Selling service and keeping the shop productive but is also able to work out and help plan for the expansion of the business.
• Manage large amounts customer interactions in person and by phone
• Manage shop flow in an efficient and productive manner
• Use our shop management software to create estimates and repair orders
• Sell services to customers in-person and over the phone with honesty and integrity
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Schedule and coordinate daily and weekly appointments
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer 
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and sales quota
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Go the extra mile to engage customers
• Keep front of shop clean and always organized

Job Type: Full-time

Day range:

• Weekends off (always). Monday through Friday

Pay Weekly: Base + Bonus range of $900 - $2,500 + bonus. Depending on skill
